Suspended License

With every DUI defense and conviction comes the questions will I lose my license.  Generally for the first time DUI Defendant you are eligible for a work permit from the trial court.  The one exception is if you refused the officer’s 1205 suspension and did not file an administrative appeal.  If you fit this category you likely have lost your license for the year.
